- For a minimum 12 consecutive stay, we would request the security deposit 2 month, and room rental 1 month in advance.
- Weekly rates are applicable for a minimum 7 days consecutive stay only, otherwise daily rates would be applied
- Monthly rates are applicable for a minimum 30 days consecutive stay only, otherwise weekly rate would be applied
- Upon check-in, we would request for your credit card imprints and signed guarantee
- Check in is 02.00pm. / Check out is 12.00noon.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations need to be made one week (7 days) prior to the day of arrival, otherwise one room night`s accommodation will be charged for the no show to guest`s credit card directly.
