Check in and Check out
- Check in time at 14:00 Hrs.
- Check out time at 12:00 Hrs.
- Late check out up to 18:00, subject to availability and charge at 50%. After 18:00, the full daily rate will be applied.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations will be held until 18.00 hrs. on the day of arrival for bookings which are less than a month, unless guaranteed by a credit card *or* deposit
- All cancellation must be advised at least 2 working days prior to the date of arrival
- Cancellation and No show Charge:
* 1 night rental for less than 7 nights stay
* 2 nights rental for 7 to 29 nights stay
* 3 nights rental for 30 nights and above stay

* For daily guest advance payment required upon check in
* For booking 1-3 months require 1 month deposit and 1 month advance rental
* For booking 3 months and above require 2 months deposit and 1 months advance rental
