- The above promotion rates are required a minimum stay 14-30 day.
- We have special rates provided for stay above 6 months up to 1 year lease.
- Check-in time is 2 PM and Check-out time is 12 noon. We charge half day charge to 6.00 p.m. & full day thereafter.
- For monthly stay, one month advance rental and one month security deposit are required.
- For above Three months stay, one month advance rental and two months security deposit are required.
- Extenstion stay with "Prorate" charge and base on your monthly rate with same conditions.
