Payment :
- 1-3 Month Stay 1 month advance room rental ,1 month refundable security deposit
- 4-12 Months Stay 1 month advance room rental , 2 months refundable security deposit

Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation received after 15 days prior to the day of arrival at the hotel *or* should a no-show occur, will be charge 50% of the monthly contract rates.
