* For stays under five days, rates are inclusive of electricity and water charges.
* For stays over five days, rates do not include electricity and water charges, which will be billed separately at checkout.
* For stays up to 2 months: rates include one room cleaning per week, one linen and towel set per person and per week.
* For stays over 2 months: rates include one room cleaning per month. Additional room cleanings, linens and towels can be provided upon request.
Conditions
* Security/damage deposit: 1 month, payable at check-in (Repaid upon check-out if no damage was incurred).
